At Kate Quinn, we want you to love your organic cotton essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, a store credit, or an even exchange for a different size.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely pack your items in the original mailer if possible.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or credit will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
